Le Mans (France): The Toyota Gazoo Racing team successfully clinched the title of the 94th edition of the famous endurance race, the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans, following a fierce mechanical and competitive epic that lasted for a full 24 hours on the French Circuit de la Sarthe.

Toyota's victory came after a breathtaking three-way battle between itself and rivals BMW and Cadillac, which was decided in the final meters by a razor-thin margin of just 10.9 seconds ahead of the BMW car, which finished in second place.

A comeback after drama and a flat tire The Japanese manufacturer's path was not paved with roses. The championship-winning car No. 7, driven by the trio Kamui Kobayashi, Mike Conway, and Nyck de Vries, faced early technical issues.
